Over the years, we have successfully implemented diverse initiatives across education, livelihoods, health, gender, and youth development in collaboration with government bodies, industry councils, academic institutions and communities.

Skill Development & Employment Initiatives

Exclusive PMU – Retail Association Skill Council of India (RASCI)

At VIOR Foundation, every project is designed to create measurable, sustainable impact. Over the years, we have successfully implemented diverse initiatives across education, livelihoods, health, gender, and youth development in collaboration with government bodies, industry councils, academic institutions and communities.

Apprenticeship-Embedded Degree Programmes

We are currently working with over 150 educational institutions across India to implement apprenticeship-embedded degree programmes. These programmes provide students with industry exposure, stipends, and hands-on learning alongside formal education, significantly improving employability outcomes. 

Women Empowerment & Livelihoods – Dharavi Model

Self-Help Group of 100 Women, Dharavi

VIOR Foundation supported a collective of women entrepreneurs in Dharavi through livelihood projects including: 
  • Cold-pressed oil manufacturing units
  • Manufacturing and promotion of affordable sanitary napkins

These initiatives enabled women to generate stable incomes, build enterprises and strengthen collective leadership.

Re-skilling & Economic Reintegration of Homemakers

VIOR Foundation has designed specialised programmes for housewives who have been out of the workforce for more than three years. Through structured training, mentorship and handholding, participants are enabled to build careers as: 
  • Counsellors
  • Therapists
The Foundation also supports them in establishing their digital presence, onboarding initial clients and achieving regular monthly income. 

Adolescent Girls & Youth Employment Programmes

Working with adolescent girls aged 15–20 years, VIOR Foundation provides skill training, interview preparation, and placement support through internships and full-time employment opportunities.

Recent Milestone:

Successfully implemented a large-scale programme benefiting 550 adolescent girls in Ranchi, Jharkhand, enabling education-to-employment transitions.

Health Camps & Community Healthcare

VIOR Foundation regularly conducts health camps in rural and urban slum areas, focusing on preventive healthcare, early diagnosis and health awareness. These camps improve access to basic health services for underserved populations.

Autism Support & Mental Wellbeing Initiatives

VIOR Foundation works closely with families of children with autism by:

  • Conducting structured training programmes for parents
  • Providing access to qualified therapists for child development
  • Supporting brain development through therapy-based interventions

The Foundation also integrates psychotherapy, emotional wellness and alternate therapies such as Bach Flower Remedies to support holistic wellbeing for both children and caregivers.

Academic & Institutional Collaborations

VIOR Foundation collaborates with several Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and premier institutions for fundraising, knowledge exchange and impact-driven partnerships, strengthening the scale and sustainability of its programmes.
